Shortcuts Launches Scorecard Feature
Shortcuts launched its latest feature, Scorecard, specifically for business owners who have ever wondered if expectations on staff are too low, if sales targets lack ambition, or if marketing could be more driven. Scorecard allows spas and salons to compare their performance against others in their city or state or across the country. In addition, Scorecard users can view sales, statistics, retail numbers, and more to see where they are at and where they should improve. “Many technology companies in other industries, including Google, have been creating similar systems to help their clients understand their performance and benchmark themselves against others in their category,” says Paul Tate, CEO North America for Shortcuts Software. “Viewed in context with other business results, your business data suddenly has more meaning and it’s much clearer what areas could use some work or where you excel compared to others.”

Spa at the Del Pairs Spa & S’mores
Spa and dessert lovers are receiving a sweet treat this summer at The Spa at The Del at the Hotel del Coronado (CA) with the THAT’S S’MORÉ! Package ($445). An ideal way to heat up romance, the package includes side-by-side 50-minute Swedish Massage in a couples’ spa suite; a private beach bonfire complete with champagne, s’mores, and spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean; and a voucher to enjoy wine, cheese, or chocolate at ENO, the hotel’s hip new wine bar. Sounds like a scrumptious way to relax and reconnect.
