St. Regis Punta Mita Debuts Yoga & Golf Package

With Memorial Day weekend just around the corner, it’s the perfect time to start planning a relaxing getaway to kick off the summer. Golf and yoga lovers will have something to celebrate this year with the first ever Yoga & Golf Package, being offered at the St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. The package incorporates two favorite pastimes into one wellness experience. Guests will learn to swing the golf club like a pro by improving flexibility and increasing strength through yoga, a unique way to stay one step ahead of fellow golfers when reserving a tee-time at the local golf course.

The classes will be taught by fitness expert and Yoga & Golf Package founder Katherine Roberts. “Having traveled all over the world, bringing the gifts of yoga and golf together, we feel the partnership between The St. Regis Punta Mita Resort and Yoga for Golfers is a tremendous opportunity to present our golfers as well as non-golfers with an unparalleled experience,” she says. “The combination of teaching, golf, spa, and hotel will be beyond the imagination.”
