As you can imagine, whenever a “top spas” list hits the airways, I hurry to check it out and see who is making headlines. The most recent list to pass through my inbox? Spas of America’s annual ranking of the Top 50 Spas, based on consumer behavior on their website. Topping the list for 2010 is:
- 100 Fountain Spa at the Pillar and Post (Niagara-on-the-Lake, Ontario)
- Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge (Ivins, UT)
- The Homestead (Hot Springs, VA)
- Wine & Roses (Lodi)
- Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Abhasa Spa (Oahu, HI)
“This year the list includes wine-tasting spas in Ontario and California, destination spas in Utah and the Midwest, and ocean spa experiences in Hawaii and British Columbia. The Top 50 Spas of 2010 offers insight into what spa consumers around the world are viewing,” says Spas of America president Craig Oliver.

On a daily basis I search my purse looking for important items and wonder how my purse somehow became an abyss. I am sure to find loose pennies or other items that I have no need for at the bottom of my bag, and with my lack of foresight I always end up borrowing that Tide Stick or mirror from a friend. With the advent of the New Year, I realized that its time to get organized, and I am sure many women are ready to do the same. To help simplify our lives, The Purse PAK has introduced the ideal way for active women to be prepared for any situation. An ideal point-of-purchase option for your retail area, the PAK is a lightweight and stylish cosmetic case loaded with up to 30 personal care items including breath spray, fashion tape, and nail clippers.
