IECSC New York Starts This Sunday, March 7!

Entering its 8th year, IECSC New York will once again bring the spa industry to the Jacob Javits Convention Center, March 7-9, 2010. With more than 250 exhibitors, the IECSC New York show floor features some of the industry’s leading manufacturers showcasing the latest trends, techniques and products in the spa industry. Participating companies include Iredale Mineral Cosmetics, Universal Companies, Physiodermie Europelab, G.M. Collin Skincare, Éminence Organic Skin Care, Eva’s Esthetics, Sonya Dakar, and Repêchage. The show floor also includes a Medical Spa Pavilion, an exclusive area for attendees to meet face-to-face with the top medical spa companies in the industry. Show floor admission is free to all spa industry members.

Along with a dynamic tradeshow floor, IECSC New York provides attendees with a comprehensive paid conference program. Educational offerings include a Spa Business Conference, which was developed along seven distinct educational tracks; Sole Practitioner / Small Business, DIY Marketing, Wellness, Advanced Spa Management, Medical Aesthetics Business, Medical Aesthetics Procedures and Makeup. This conference allows attendees to gain an invaluable perspective on what it takes to run and maintain a profitable business.

On Monday, March 8th, American Spa’s editor-in-chief Julie Keller will be moderating the panel discussion, “Running a Successful Urban Spa – Case Study: New York City.” This panel of experts from NYC’s hottest urban spas share their secrets of how they have risen to the top in one of the country’s most competitive marketplaces.
