Viceroy Snowmass Brings SoCal Glam to the Rockies

picture-3As of November 25th, Aspen, CO, has more of an L.A. look than ever before, thanks to the opening of the Viceroy Snowmass. Qualified for LEED Silver Certification, the ski in/ski out resort, featuring a 7,000-square-foot, six treatment room spa, is the newest hot spot in this beloved resort town. While the spa menu is inspired by the Ute Indians, who ranged across much of the northern Colorado Plateau thousands of years ago, the contemporary design of the spa honors its surroundings. Between the glossy reclaimed timber throughout the spa and the elk chandelier spreading its wings in the relaxation room, the spa has a polished rustic vibe that is sure to give its guests a Rocky Mountain High.

Anastasia Opens Second Los Angeles Location

large-view-salonWith Anastasia Brow Studios already in numerous Nordstrom and Sephora locations across the country, and a flagship location in Beverly Hills, Anastasia Soare recently opened a second location on the Westside of Los Angeles in Brentwood. This 3,100-square-foot salon is more than double the size of the flagship location and will be a full-service salon featuring four eyebrow chairs for brow shaping, four hair stations, two facial rooms, and two manicure stations. The interior of the salon features furniture by Barbara Barry and contains a color palette of various shades of beige, champagne and Bordeaux to create an elegant yet refined atmosphere. The salon also has a full kitchen, so guests can enjoy finger foods, cocktails, and espresso. “I wanted something that represents who I am: quiet and elegant, but at the same time not overwhelming,” says Soare of her new Brentwood location. “I want my clients to feel comfortable.”
