I’m on the show floor at the International Esthetics, Cosmetics & Spa Conference (IECSC), which is being held at the Ft. Lauderdale Convention Center. Doors opened just two hours ago, and the floors are packed, classrooms are full, and attendees are trying out the products, equipment, and more in the 250 booths.
