Spa Gregories Launches De-Stress Campaign

San Diegans are stressed out, according to a national survey conducted by Harris Interactive. In fact, the SoCal city was identified as the fifth-most-stressed-out city in the U.S.—following Chicago, Houston, Boston, and Los Angeles. So the folks at Spa Gregorie’s (Del Mar, CA) have decided to take action and have launched a campaign to help de-frazzle the lives of its citizens. This luxury day spa and salon has launched a contest seeking the most stressed out person in San Diego.

In November, Spa Gregorie’s will then offer one winner a 30-day de-stress program that includes nutritional counseling, detox therapies, guided imagery, healing rhythms, Swedish massage, and a facial, as well as a full makeover complete with professional makeup and hair expertise.

Those interested in submitting an entry should email confessyourstress@spagregories.com by Oct.28 and explain why they are the most stressed-out person in the city. Spa Gregorie’s will narrow the search down to three finalists and will then take votes online for the favorite nominee. Anyone who logs into www.spagregories.com to vote during the course of the campaign will also be entered in a chance to win the Spa Gregorie’s Great Escape Package, which is valued at $500.
