A hidden gem in northern Thailand, Anantara Spa at the Anantara Resort Golden Triangle recently introduced Sesame Mania ($114 per individual, $202 per couple), a package that blends pure pleasure with the healing benefits of sesame. After 60 minutes of Hatha yoga, guests are treated to a 30-minute sesame seed body scrub followed by a relaxing aromatic massage. Renowned for its antioxidant and healing powers, this natural grain is a potent source of calcium, copper, and manganese. Guests are then served fresh fruit and a cup of Rosella tea to conclude the experience. Unfortunately, Sesame Mania is only available until Sept. 30.
